Even though it wouldn't, ideally this would solve/reduce teenage pregnancies and make people appreciate the process procreation more rather than just selling their bodies the moment they turn 18, this would also hinder the incel movement as both men and women would have to legally remain cellibate until they hit the legal age.

The United States raised the drinking age from 18 to 21 because of a bunch of retarded drunk drivers and shitbags, why not apply the same logic to the age of consent?

Even if 18 is legally considered as being an "adult" in the majority of today's countries, something like sex requires careful thought & certainty, which are related to maturity, and your brain only stops maturing when you're 25 years old. I don't believe 25 should be the age of consent exactly but somewhere between 21-25 is more optimal.

Also it's not like sex is something people need to have, especially since the people who think they need it are people who lust for it, it's not something they wish to do out of love for the other person involved. Recently there was a woman in the UK who had sex with a hundred men, not too long ago there was a woman, probably the same woman, I'm not sure, had sex with a thousand men, the fact that this is acceptable indicates an amoral, immoral, misguided and uncaring/apathetic society. People want to take away from the structure rather than build on it, thus the structure is left hollow and down to it's wooden bones because of how much people would rather take than give.

These people should not be awarded or rewarded, they should be shunned and shamed.
