December 17th, 2024: My second full day of studying. After getting some breakfast and coffee I went to my campus’s library to work on completing the review guide that my computer science professor gave me; in order to access the review, I had to log on to Canvas, which required me to do the authentication with my phone that I had left at home. I walked back home to grab my phone and some extra stuff and then continued studying in the library until 2:30pm when I decided to head back home. Along the way I stopped by the office where Asherah works and went in, handing her a packet of Swiss Miss hot chocolate powder without saying anything. At home I played some more BTD6 before I had to hop on call for my final Cybersecurity group project call where we got it all finalized and then realized that the teacher had misassigned us to a different group on Canvas so one of us discussed talking to her about that. After that I went to the final dinner event for tonight but sadly I didn't see Asherah or her roommate there. I did see Fukuyama and the leader of my Bible study group, the best thing was that the guy who was always an Altar boy at the masses had his parents and brother come in from India and they made curry with naan for all of us to eat, I then went home and studied a bit more before going to bed.

December 18th, 2024: Big day today, I have my two exams, I got up early and made myself some cereal and coffee before going to my university to study outside the room of my exam hall in order to study up the material beforehand right before the exam started, I did a bit of studying with Torvalds because we are in the same class together. The exam itself was pretty hard and I completed it with only 15 minutes left to spare, so I walked to my next final. This final went pretty well and I talked to my teacher about my grade being lower than it should have been and she said she would get to that. After that I went home and made myself some lunch while playing more Bloons Tower Defense 6, a bit later there is an announcement on Canvas from my computer science teacher that a bunch of people didn't do really well with the test, with only the top students even getting anywhere near a 70%; however, he would be offering retakes in mid-january and we would have the final exam marked as incomplete, I checked my grades and I got a 51% on the exam, I discussed this further with Torvalds and he said that he ended up getting a worse grade than I did. I checked my grades and I find out that I am at a 72.6% with one homework which I did bad on left to grade, I do some calculations and I realized that this homework was probably going to put me at a 71.94%, which was a failing grade, but Torvalds said that he talked to the professor and that we get credits as long as we get a D- or above, and the C or above rule is just for if the class is a prerequisite to another class (it wasn't but it is required). I find out that he did much better on the homework that hasn't been graded for me yet. Because we both are doing all the retakes, we are planning on studying the mini assignments we have to do first before we can do each retake. After that I went to the Wednesday night dinner hosted by Father Malachi and I didn’t feel as welcome as I did last time so I ended up walking home after the start of the eucharistic adoration, it felt like everybody hated me there and wanted me dead.

Why did your cs professor make the test so hard

December 19th, 2024: My very first day of not having to give a shit about my studies anymore, I woke up at 9:30am and made myself some soft boiled eggs with toast for breakfast, I ate the soft boiled eggs English style (sitting in a shotglass and scooping it out) and I continued playing some more Bloons Tower Defense 6 before lunch rolled around. I went outside for a bit to empty my recycling to find out it was snowing. I talked with Angeleno a bit more and he said that we should call and we end up talking a lot about the soysphere and his brother being a bit chuddy and me complaining about my roommate while showing him some of my apartment. I was cooking some lobster ravioli during it and the call lasted from like 5:00pm to 5:41pm when I had to eat the ravioli with roasted garlic sauce (it tasted really good.) I ended up getting my final grade back for my computer science class, which was a 71.94% so I would have to do the retakes. Fuck!
