December 26th, 2024: Christmas is over sadly, but we haven’t taken down the Christmas tree. I woke up late again and found my family sitting down in the dining hall waiting for me to eat oatmeal, I join them and then had some blueberries and walnuts with mine. I didn’t have much to do for the rest of the day so I just gamed some more. I remember walking into the second office (converted guest bedroom) to give my sister the nice cat and I saw her doing some work on this map of some town in Colorado, I found it pretty nice to be honest. I did some more BTD6 games before being called down for dinner. During dinner, the topic of it being December 26th comes up, so my mom says:
“Oh it’s December 26th, that’s Saint Stephen’s day!”
to which my dad replies:
“Oh that’s one of your Catholic saints!”
I rolled my eyes and corrected him:
“Dad, Saint Stephen was mentioned in Acts of the Apostles!”
he replied:
“And that Grateful dead song.”
After dinner I go up into my bedroom and continue reading the Bible and then go to sleep.

December 27th, 2024: My final day at home, I actually got up kind of early to have breakfast, but my family decided to eat some more oatmeal later. I joined my family in eating oatmeal but I had a very small amount. A bit later on in the day I decided to give the nice cat to my sister while she was doing work from home and she appreciated it. I started packing up to go home at midday, which mostly consisted of me putting my clothes into my suitcase and my gifts into my backpack. Later on in the afternoon my dad asked for my help in holding up some boards to drill in. At around 4:45pm, my mom asked me if I wanted to have dinner, to which I said I wanted it later, she then decides to pack me some and I tell her:
“No, I don’t want to eat it back at my apartment!”
She didn’t understand that I wanted to delay eating dinner and then drive back. The dinner was chicken noodle soup, which is one of the things I did not miss about living back at home because during the winter I would constantly have leftover chicken noodle soup. I have the soup and then we leave at 5:15pm, on the drive back to the apartment, my mom asks me if I had completed my resume for an internship (even though I had done one the summer before my sophomore year) and I said no because I already had one, she then started bitching at me saying that I was being a failure and that companies were going to find me weird because I had an internship my freshman year (have said companies considered not having retarded HR departments with their retarded requirements?) threatening me with revoking my trip to New York City if I don’t give her a resume and cover letter. Which was absolutely stupid, like I’m not a kid. She later on lectured me about not wearing these clunky ass boots for work that she bought. Once we finally got to my apartment, we unpacked my stuff and she gave me one of those alarm clocks with a radio built in, but the antenna was pathetic (a wire that was stripped off at the end) so it didn’t work and she said she would get something else, she helped me clean up Enosh’s mess, but then after that she talked to me about my ending that one movie night when Asherah didn't show and Enosh decided to join us and I decided to fake technical difficulties rather than deal with Enosh, she said that I needed to invite Enosh to more things and I disagreed with her because I already see Enosh too much with him living in the same apartment as me. She then went home and I said goodbye. I told Lizzo about the book that my sister got me and she said it sounded interesting. After that I got back to gaming and then went to bed.

December 28th, 2024: Remember my aunt who gave me a beer back on September 6th, while her younger daughter's child turned 4 years old today. Back to work today, I woke up and realized that I didn't have any cereal except for a bag of old fiber cereal that my roommate had bought. I had that and it didn’t taste good. I poured out my metal mug and gave it a light rinse for my coffee, I made my coffee and I could still taste the bleach. Work was mostly some stocking the shelves mixed with cleaning. Before my second break, my manager Ignatio said that he had a Christmas gift for me and I took it but didn’t open it. During my second break I remember being with fAsherah and she started talking about the gossip that was up at the cashier’s part of the store, I find out that one of the cashiers had sickle cell anemia and that Old Ozzy Ozborne was a creep, from what I heard he was real touchy with the girl that gave me a ride home once and tried to get miss Sickle Cell to sniff his hair, fAsherah said that he talked like it was the 1970s, one time he bought a pound of sliced ham and one of the coworkers later saw him eating it straight up, also there was him one time buying a head of lettuce and a banana, which I didn’t really think was THAT weird. Also I found out fAsherah’s fiancée’s name. On the way back home I had to wait a bit for the bus but it wasn’t crowded. At home I opened Ignacio’s present up and found out it was a new wallet, which was in much better shape than my old wallet. Dinner was just some of the chicken and rice stuff while I watched that Wendigoon video on the lost books of the Bible (even though it was just about New Testament apocrypha and didn't touch on any of the books considered to be apocrypha from the Old Testament.) I texted Asherah asking her:
>Did you see the WhatIfAltHist thing?
and she replied:
<I never had the misfortune of hearing of him before now but I scrolled through his videos and the titles do not look promising.

December 29th, 2024: My final day of work for the workweek, I finished off Enosh’s disgusting cereal in the morning and then took the bus to work. At work I was assigned the task of stocking the frozen aisle, which was worsened by a certain item in there that was almost depleted and unlabeled so it took extra long just for that to be dealt with. I saw the text from Asherah about WhatIfAltHist so I sent her the Tweet about his podcast which went like this:
“Rudyard justifies excessively masturbating after he was allegedly told by a Germanic Pagan Deity Odin that him masturbating is actually pro-White and that he along with other spirits enjoys watching him "writhing in complete pleasure" and so he should keep doing that and be a hero. Odin has also reputedly told Rudyard that he likes his genetics but thinks that he "doesn't get laid enough" and so he should get laid more.”
She just read it at 11:00am and never responded, but Lizzo found it funny when I texted her today. While I was upstairs, I overheard this conversation between this pooner and a guy who looked like Noahmusic2009 where I found out that their name is Copper… Just before my lunch I saw fAsherah drinking this lime cardamom flavored drink and she told me it was really good, so during my lunch break I got it along with my prosciutto sandwich (trust me, the sandwiches are the best) I go to the punch clock to clock my lunch time and then I eat lunch, I consumed half of my prosciutto sandwich before taking a sip of the drink only to realize it was just flavored water like La Croix. For my second break I got a can of Ghost Energy Sour Patch Kids Redberry flavor, I drink some of it for my second break before I decided to head to fAsherah to taunt her by saying:
“Here’s a drink I’d recommend you’d buy!”
She looks at says:
“Ooh, Sour Patch Kids.”
takes it out of my hand and then sips it, returns the can to me and replies:
“Ok I can taste the Sour Patch Kids in there!”
I decided to vacuum the rugs up front, and Old Ozzy Ozborne was here, he came up to me and said:
“The hard worker we have here!”
Because Jesse had left early, I had to do closings by myself, I eventually got home from work, made some turkey noodle soup and walked to church. Church was interesting because they still had the nativity scene up even though Christmas has already passed.

Mass was ok and the bearded priest who served in Germany was there, he told us a story about how in July of 2007, he was struggling with alcoholism, the story then went to his mother dying. I saw Lauren and Raphaela there, Raphael was serving as an usher and the deacon was also there, but Joseph was nowhere to be seen. I then walked home after mass and got some milk and cereal at the store, drank a beer and then went to sleep.

December 30th, 2024: My 2000th post, I woke up really early today, like at 4:00am, I texted the girl from Texas something and then went back to sleep. I truly woke up at 7:00am and had some cereal and coffee before I started packing to go home. I got all of my stuff into my suitcase and backpack before walking to the bus stop and waiting for the bus ride to the station. The bus ride there was pretty ok but I had to do quite a long walk from where the bus dropped me off to get to my actual bus back home. The bus ride between cities was pretty ok and I did some more Bible Reading during it. When I finally got there at 11:30am, my mom picked me up and we went home, on the drive home she pointed all the new apartments going up, including the fact that the parking lot of her old work had been turned into more housing, she also pointed out where her friend Addison worked because we passed her work place. My dad was there at home but they said that my sister is coming back on Wednesday. I got to see the two kitties and the good one was all affectionate. Around dinner time my mom's friend and her husband come over and they bring their small black chihuahua. The chihuahua was actually tame and tried to play with the good cat but the good cat got all scared and ran upstairs. For dinner was lasagna and a major topic at the dinner was the whole fact about how hospitals now are outsourcing things in order to save money because they were greedy pieces of shit, they were also pretty sympathetic to Luigi Mangione. For dessert there was pumpkin pie with whipped cream. I then went upstairs and went to bed.

December 31st, 2024: My 2025th post, as this is the first post written in the year 2025. I woke up kind of early this morning and decided to go downstairs to get some coffee, to which I found my mom and I asked her:
"What's for breakfast?"
She replied:
"I don't know, what do you want for breakfast?"
"Pancakes!"
And she started making them. Later I come back downstairs to find that there are two blueberry pancakes waiting for me, I eat them up pretty fast and my dad also gets two, after that I thanked my mom and asked for more because they were kind of thin, so she made me a third one.
After breakfast I decided to go upstairs and put the Nintendo Switch I got from my sister back into her room. I played some more Bloons Tower Defense 6 until my sister came back home and she had to take over the office to do her job or something. I then decided to plug in my computer to the television in my room (I never had one back when I lived here but now my parents have added one to it) and play some more Roblox and watch videos. At 11:54am I finally received a text message back from Asherah and the conversation went like this:

<Im going to be so honest I'm more concerned that he hates women and trans people and really likes the Unabomber.
<Or that he calls himself a wasp [White Anglo Saxon Protestant]

>I used to have a phase where I sort of liked Ted Kaczynski
>He [WhatIfAltHist] said in a tweet that he leaned more towards Methodism.
>Also I listened to this podcast with my mom one time where it talks about how Ted Kaczynski was dumped by this girl he was dating and because of it, he started putting a bunch of defamatory things about her on the bulletin board of the factory they worked at, resulting in his brother David reporting him to his boss.

<Sounds like kaczyniski
<If a woman dumps you, harass someone about it

>It was targeted at the woman.
<That's not better
>I remember her reason for dumping him was because he had a hard time connecting with others.
<If she didn't dump him, she would lead him on
<It would have sucked either way and she shouldn't be harassed abt it

>I forgot exactly what she said but he didn’t seem that abusive towards her while they were dating.
<That doesn't mean she had to draw him
>draw him?
<*date
>Oooooooh
>I need to ask my mom about that podcast.

>Nevermind, found something.

After that I decided to head to the gas station I used to work at to get lunch there because of nostalgia. I told my mom but she said that we had lunch at home and that I also need to pick up an old family friend of ours who I will be calling Helga. She is an 80 year old Norwegian-American woman who I would sometimes go to the house of after school. I picked her up and brought her stuff into the van and then went back to the gas station because she needed to get stuff, I saw Dean’s older cousin and Annette the chicken lady while we were looking for large bottles of heavy cream, I had to carry out the milk and half and half for Helga while she withdrew $220 from the ATM to pay my mom. As I drove home, Helga talked about her time living in Milwaukee and the bad drivers there, this comedian impersonator that she saw nearly get shot in 1967. While we were talking about the bad drivers, she says to me:
“Well I know that my son Erik will say that I am being racist, but those Blacks are just really bad drivers in Milwaukee, they are constantly drunk driving and it’s getting worse now!”
I then said to Helga while kind of laughing:
“That’s why I believe Milwaukee should add more bus routes in predominantly Black neighborhoods, so they aren’t driving in cars!”
After that we get home and I hide the $220 on me while I post on soyjak.party some more. Helga also gave me this Chipotle cheddar cheese and I tried a bit of it. A bit later Addison and her husband come over and have some crackers, cheese, and sausage as snacks. Soon a bunch of my sister’s friends come over and I retreat up into my room for a while to work on finishing up the first batch of Ukraine flagjaks. I eventually go outside of my room and find out that Adams is here and I talk to him for a bit. I get to try some champagne. Later on my sister and her friends say that they are going out and I ask them what they are doing, she says:
“Oh we’re gonna go to a bar and then a club”
So I refused because I thought they were originally just going to go to a bar and I said something about how I don’t like clubs. I eventually go back up to my room to read the Bible for a bit, soon I get added by this girl on Snapchat and I get this message:
IMG_3095.jpeg

<Hey you don't know me however we have a mutual friend my daughter she is going insane she fucked up she was afraid to tell you how she feels about you as she thinks she don't deserve to have someone as awesome as you in her life would you please be the amazing person we both know you are and talk to her so she can make this all better?
For context, the girl being mentioned was this girl who I had met on WooPlus that eventually said that she only viewed me as a friend and “Wasn’t ready for a romantic relationship” to which I said:
“Ok that’s perfectly fine”
Even though I felt like that was stupid as hell and just like most women I have meet in my life. I found it to be a major fucking breach of my privacy as it is really creepy and weird for someone to give your Snapchat to their step-mom to talk to someone. I then made an Instagram post about my year and then went downstairs, I remember the topic being about the tiny broken off Christmas tree head we kept. The story of how we got it was that on December 17th, 2017, we were driving home in our old truck to bring the Christmas tree home, I wanted to do something else that day, as we were making a left turn onto the road we lived on, this asshole named Keith rammed into our truck and crumpled it, with the right end of the truck being a foot away from my head, meaning that I was the closest to dying, the tree snapped in half near the top and that’s how we got the mini Christmas tree, also the only person who comforted me about it at school was the Gym teacher named Ms. Stokes, none of my “friends” gave a shit. Anyways as she was telling the story, my mom mockily quoted me:
“I told you we should have gone someplace else”
I just put down the subway system book and went back upstairs. I came down later and celebrated the new year with my mom and dad while they were looking at their iPads or something. We said happy new year and then I went upstairs, took a shower, and went to bed.

January 1st, 2024: First blog of the new year, I got to have waffles for breakfast this morning and my sister’s friends are still over. My mom yelled at me for wanting to go to the gas station I worked at for lunch because I didn’t actually get any lunch yesterday. I also had to pack for our plane trip to New Jersey tomorrow because we would have to wake up at 3:00am in order to catch the plane at 6:00am. Near nighttime, I decided to try and get the nice cat so I could give her to my sister but I got scratched.

January 2nd, 2024: Woke up at 3:00am today in order to do some quick packing before heading to the airport. My parents made me drive the van up to the house so that we could load it and my sister was the last one awake. At roughly 4:00am we drove to the airport, had our tickets printed out, and then waited in line for TSA. My parents were being assholes to me to the point that the TSA agents were far nicer in comparison, so we eventually get out (my sister had a camera that couldn't go through the scanners) and waited for our plane. Eventually boarding for the plane started at 5:20am but we were the last ones on so it kind of sucked, I ended up sitting next to my mom on the left aisle, which was changed to the right aisle because this young Chinese couple said that they were sitting in our seats because we read our tickets wrong. On the plane ride to Newark, New Jersey, I watched Season 1, Episode 1 of the Penguin and then the Awesome-o episode of South Park. The plane got to Newark like 25 minutes early so we got off and then I tried to wait in line for a bathroom to open twice, the first time I gave up and then went back again to be behind this hipster guy who said:
“Do you think if I direct enough people to open stalls and urinals, they’ll pay me?”
I replied:
“Hopefully!”
After that we got our one thing of baggage and then walked down to the busses to find one that went from Newark to Manhattan for $25 a person. Yes, $25 a person, it was written on the side of the bus in sharpie and I still think it was a scam. On the bus ride the girl who friendzoned me was crying that I was adverse to her giving my Snapchat to her parents, which was totally out of line. We finally got to our hotel after the walk from where the bus dropped us off, but we couldn’t get in early, so we just dropped off our bags, we decided to take a walk then to Friedmans for lunch, which was notoriously overpriced, but the classic B.L.A.T was almost worth $18.00, or as they would put it: “18”. After that, my family and I walked to the subway station to take the 1 Line down to the end of the line (South Ferry stop) in order to get on the ferry to see the Statue of Liberty. On the train ride we saw an older Black man rapping at the doors to the subway car until he got off, to which my mom then moved over to near where he was standing to see the subway map. We got off and out of the subway to see a bunch of people that were aggressively pushing their ferry to Liberty island, the four of us finally managed to find an actual official to inform us that buying new tickets for the ferry was not possible because they were sold out until Saturday. My mom then decided that we should walk to the Irish hunger memorial along the waterline. We finally get there after a bit of walking and my mom complained that the old traditional Irish house was inaccurate because it used mortar to hold the stones together. After the memorial we walked to the C line station to take it up to The High Line but we went south for one station before having to switch to the train going north. We got off and then we walked up to The High Line and walked to the south end and then all the way up to the north end, we then walked down from it and went east, we walked through the Macy’s before we finally checked into our hotel, we ended up getting two single rooms instead of one double room, I ended up sharing a room with my sister and I took the couch. I charged my phone for a bit before taking an hour-long nap, when I woke up I texted my mom when we would go get dinner and she said that she would wake dad from his nap and I said immediately to not do that. We eventually decided to head to dinner at 6:00pm and we settled on this Shanghainese place called Nan Xiang Xiao Long Bao, a food spot established in 2006. We walked there and passed a pizza place along the way. The food at Long Bao was amazing and not as expensive as the place we got lunch at. We then walked back to our hotel and along the way we stopped at a convenience store to buy some yogurt and orange juice. I remember seeing what looked like an Indian Jew (probably Conservative Judaism) with what appeared to be his girlfriend/wife, who looked to be Ashkenazi. We then got into our rooms in our hotel and I went to sleep to the sight of the Empire State Building.

January 3rd, 2024: My last full day in New York City today. I woke up at 7:15am to go downstairs to the lobby of my hotel in order to get breakfast. It was pretty crowded there but free breakfast is always nice. Because my sister had work, she left us and we walked over to the New York Public library, we tried to get in but it didn’t open until 10:00am so we continued walking over to Grand Central Terminal, I managed to get a map that could go up on my wall in my apartment for free from one of the employees there. We then continued onto our final destination to the United Nations building where we had to check in before our visit, which consisted of filling out an online form and taking a picture of ourselves. We assumed that the guard was either Scottish or Irish because of his accent, he was pretty friendly, next up was the scan where we got our badges to get in, this woman who I assumed to be from Romania who worked for the UN helped us out and then I was told to go to this woman who looked vaguely Southeast Asian, she complimented me on the photo I took because it had a very beautiful sky in the background. We then walk across the street to the actual United Nations building and we take the tour there with this girl from South Korea. At one point in the tour we saw this large map of the world:

IMG_3147.jpeg

I asked the tour guide what the dotted line in between Kenya and South Sudan was and she said that she didn’t know, other than that it was a border dispute between the two countries; the tour also included them showing this brick made out of recycled plastic that was used to build a school in Côte d’Ivore. The tour ended and we went down to the gift shop, my dad got a sticker while I got a hat. We eventually walked down over to this tiny pizza place that served “Halal chicken bacon ranch pizza”
IMG_3148.jpeg

which was honestly too funny, while we were eating outside, there was a napkin on the ground outside near where I was standing, so I grabbed it and threw it away. Lunch was ok and my mom wanted to go to a fabric store so she left me and my dad alone. We then got to the subway stop for the first train to the Museum of Natural Sciences. I picked up some litter I found on the ground and then my dad decided to give me so much shit for picking up a tissue that someone had blown into (It was just a receipt) I corrected him and he conveniently didn’t notice that. After that he ended up telling us to get on the wrong train going in the wrong direction so we had to exit in Brooklyn, pay for our tickets again, and then go two stops to transfer to the B line. The B line wait was pretty long but we eventually got on the train to the museum and we both enjoyed the exhibits very much, like the Big Bang one and the ones about extinct dinosaurs and mammals. We left at 3:30 to go back to the hotel to recharge and regroup before heading out to dinner, walking to this Mexican place near Times Square. When we got inside the restaurant, I decided to hand out the utensils for my family and then my sister chimes in some shit about not putting utensils directly on the table, with my dad then replying about me picking up trash off the floor and the whole family (except me) laughing, I called my dad out for being a hypocrite for making me to pick up trash on the sidewalk but my entire family decided that they didn’t hear that. I only spoke once or twice the whole time while I watched as this white guy with blonde hair was on a date with this fat Asian girl (with black hair) next to us and I was jealous because they appeared to be having a good time. We then walked to the play around Times Square and saw those scumbags who dress up as popular characters, photobomb people, and then demand money from them. We watched Hamilton at the Richard Rodgers Theatre (none of our seats were next to each other) so I sat next to this fat Mexican girl and her ambiguously gay boyfriend. The musical was amazing and it made me sad that I wasn’t born in the 1770s and couldn’t take part in the founding of our nation. My dad said the play was awesome and that it has surprisingly no bad musical parts. After that we walked back through Times Square and saw one of those popular character photobombers dressed as the baby from Cocomelon, I swear that if I had a gun on me I would have shot him right there and then. We continued walking to our hotel and remarked about all of the New York City merch. I took a shower and then went to bed

January 4th, 2025: Officially my last day in New York City, I woke up at roughly 7:00am to get downstairs in order to get my breakfast, there was a bunch of people there but they had pancakes out so I had those, I finished up that and some fruit and coffee, then I went back up to my hotel room and then wrote my blog entry and charged up my phone a bit more. I then finally packed up and we went down to the lobby to store our bags with the hotel before we left. Our first stop of the day was the transit museum in Brooklyn, which was mostly focused on public transit in New York City rather than the United States in general or the whole world, the most interesting part of the exhibit was the old train cars below where you could see the advertisements on them, I remember there being an advertisement promoting going to church in the 1974 to 1977 train car, one showing a multitude of babies of different races in the 1949 car, and there were advertisements depicting happy couples in the older cars, which made me really jealous because I wish we had a society which promoted love, Christianity, and a fertility rate above 2.1. I wished this one girl, who I will be calling Vannie, a happy 20th birthday, basically we meet in a metals class my senior year, she was 17 and I was 18 at the time, it was pretty obvious that she was interested in me at the time but I didn't pursue it because age of consent here is 18. I remember a while back she said that her girlfriend lived on the same street as me. There was also a part where they exhibited art about the MTA from Autistic people, there was one artist that was actually pretty good called Dennis Yee. We then took the subway to the southernmost point of Manhattan to catch the ferry to Liberty Island (with a TSA-style check beforehand) in order to see the Statue of Liberty, we toured the museum on the western side and watched a movie about the statue and its making inside, after that, we went through a second TSA-style check in order to get inside the statue, we went up the stairs until we weren't allowed to anymore because we didn't pay enough for the crown tour. The ferry was leaving soon so we all boarded that, it then stopped at Ellis island next but we weren't going there so my family waited for it to head back to Manhattan and then it did, we went to Little Italy for dinner and I had mussels with linguine. My sister went off to this sports store while the rest of us decided to visit the Banksy museum, I saw a ton of graffitislop or something. Once that was done we went back to our hotel to grab our bags then walked over to where the bus from Newark dropped us off and this taxi guy drove us over for $100. We got in line for TSA and they had to pat me down because my penis set off the security scanner, but to make things worse our flight got delayed by an hour from 9:51pm to 10:54pm. We then finally got on the flight and I didn't have any screen next for my seat so I asked my dad to trade places, we did but there was no screen on any of the seats. I ended up trying to watch this episode of Family Guy I had saved on my phone but I realized that it was weirdly zoomed in and out so I gave up and went to sleep as the date changed…

January 5th, 2025: I woke up at 12:30am as we were about to land, the guy next to me started feeling sick so he grabbed the bag from in front of him and vomited into it, we them got off the plane and my mom told me I should wash my hands because the man next to me might have had norovirus, so I washed up. We then got into the car and drove home, I showered and then went to sleep. I woke up at 8:30am to come downstairs and eat some oatmeal with my family. My sister then left so I said goodbye to her. At around noon, my mom suggested that I drive back to my apartment today and then take the Amtrak down to my grandma’s house tomorrow, I accepted and started packing, at 3:45pm we left our home for me to drive back to my apartment, I got there at 5:15pm and I unpacked a bit with my mom before I had to leave. I then made dinner and walked down to the church. The church was pretty good. I saw Joseph, Raphael, Raphael’s wife Raphaela, and their son. The homily was nice and afterwards I walked to the grocery store to see the girl I had over to watch One Piece, I said hi to her and she proposed that we go on a day trip down to a big city soon. I then rushed over to the bus to take it home, on the bus I saw my roommate looking down at his phone, mouth open looking like Jesus if he was an Amerimutt, he didn’t notice me but there was also a lot more Indians in the city where I am as compared to New York City. I got home, took a shower with some Pabst beer, worked on my schlog blog, biblejak and then went to bed.

January 6th, 2025: Today’s the 4th anniversary of Trump supporters storming the capital while the election certification process was ongoing. I woke up at 6:00am today in order to pack up quickly to go down to the Amtrak station, I had to wait in the bus stop (which was really not designed for cold weather) for the bus at 7:00am, I got down to the station at 7:35am and waited in line until 7:55am where we got to board the train. It was really nice on there and it only costed me $44 dollars for a round trip, the train then left at 8:05am, we eventually made it to the first stop in a short moment at the airport, I even saw a guy rushing to get on the train but it left before he could even get on, we then got to our next stop and in between the second and third stop I realized that I could have gotten a free ride via Amtrak if I am sneaky enough. At 9:35am I finally arrived in Chicago and I texted my grandma, who I will be calling Jane, and my dad that I was here. I then walked east to get to my Red Line stop. I went down to the Jackson Red Line stop, bought the card to use the turnstiles to get in, and then I got on the train because it was there immediately. On the train there was this Hispanic guy listening to TikToks at full volume for everybody to hear, I got tired of it and even thought of telling him to use his headphones that he was wearing when either of us got off, and if he attacked me I did have a knife.

However, we both got off at the same stop so I didn’t feel safe calling him out. I then walked to my grandma’s apartment and she greeted me while I got settled in. I got my Christmas gifts from my grandma which included an Apple AirTag, a book called The Woman Behind The New Deal, and a silver chain watch that made me look more Italian.

After that I tried to play with my grandma’s cat but she was not receptive to anything I did. Jane showed me her photo albums where I saw my dad, my great-grandpa, my dad’s friend Steinbrenner, and his then-girlfriend Julie. I watched the first episode of the second season of Squid Game. Eventually we went to pick up my cousin who I will be calling Jared, he’s pretty smart and his grandpa was in the Chicago Police Department so he got a good scholarship from that. He nearly picked up his friend’s keys and after that we drove to this sushi place to meet up with his mom/my aunt and one of his two older sisters, who I will be calling Thing Beta. Thing Beta gave me my Christmas gift of a $20 Steam gift card while we talked about how hard it is to get a job here. We had a good time at the place and I got to eat the ginger that others had, Thing Alpha wasn’t there because she was in New York City, my aunt made a joke about how me and Jared are both growing boys because we ate the most food out of the five of us. After dinner we head to this ice cream place and my aunt remarks about how the candy cigarettes they sold are the reason why she got addicted to cigarettes in the first place. After that me and my grandma drive to the grocery store to get some milk. I have to wait in a long ass line to get it but we get back home after that and I take a shower and then go to sleep.
