Well, it's happening that as a nation starts to be industrialized, that their birth rates decline.

Overall, it would continue to decline or stabilize. This is occuring everywhere.

I'm constanly worried about the state of human genetics. I worry that with low birthrates on 1st world countries, the world will eventually get taken over by shitskin mongrels, which would destroy any chance of humanity to prosper. Alternatively, a possible russo-european war would destroy what remains left. It would be fine if it lead to a new baby boom like world war 2 but we can't be sure. I think the best possible scenario would be for Europeans to restart colonialism and genocide non white populations that live in those countries. But that realistically would never happen.
