good to knowTake 10mg and give yourself 9 hours of sleep at least. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Don't take it often though or else your body will stop producing its own melatonin, which will suck balls when you want to go to sleep later.
I sleep like a wizard every night because I spend the whole day casting spells! Early to bed, early to rise, makes your spells grand and your ailments abscise.Do exhausting things during the day, and drink low caff things instead of energy drinks and you will sleep like a wizard. As it turns out sitting at your PC all day consuming entertainment takes longer to make you tired and pushes your sleep schedule an hour ahead every night. Don't sleep in ever btw, it contributes strongly to the insomnia.

I found the bottle and it was clonidineI think you are getting clonidine confused with something else, clonidine litterally increases memory and helps sleep by lowering blood pressure it cant make you fall asleep it just makes you tired.
