I shower daily, if I don't I feel all gross and nasty. Also use some clinical strength antiperspirant to help with my underarm sweat.
I do the same as you but my skin condition immediately makes the effect of the shower imperceptible, it starts smelling like pus 30 minutes after I take a shower and there's not much I can do about it unfortunately
