steam rules probably. hoi4 has one rule which is you vvill NOT add genocide cuz its hecking disrespectful.

It doesn't have to be people since all of the boards will eventually get absorbed. You could have a zellig character for /qa/, a neutralplier for /plier/, a pirateplier for /raid/, you get the idea
