You go around places as you evade feds, gangsters and pedos, by capturing and abusing of some colorful animals that could snap your neck but can't break a stone in front of you without a CD and a badge as permit to do so
It's a rather boring experience, most of the fun comes from looking at numbers and seeing things die after tapping one button, but since there's apparently some sort of hidden mechanics that let you maximize potential of killing things even faster, people will burn hours on it and call it the best thing to come
