You will never get any gains if you do this nigga KEKI get like 1700-1900 calories every day (the reason i get muscles at snailpace) although every week i break this for like 1 day or something. So i have a stale diet and if i eat something i normaly wouldnt eat (hot chocolate, fast food etc.) i just flat it out to 1000 calories and eat 700 for the rest of the day. Today i skipped breakfast and had lunch (900calories) and then dinner (ate salmon) and in the end i drank hot chocolate and ate 50grs small desert.
i kinda have to eat less tomorrow to balance today. or something
