its good for dumbells ok? i dont even use protein shakes for my intake so its fucking hard getting 120grs of protein. stop making fun of me ill be the one laughing when you go bald and your balls drop off from the roids you take ok??

what are u putting in there if you have to starve yourself for the rest of the day

I get like 1700-1900 calories every day (the reason i get muscles at snailpace) although every week i break this for like 1 day or something. So i have a stale diet and if i eat something i normaly wouldnt eat (hot chocolate, fast food etc.) i just flat it out to 1000 calories and eat 700 for the rest of the day. Today i skipped breakfast and had lunch (900calories) and then dinner (ate salmon) and in the end i drank hot chocolate and ate 50grs small desert.

i kinda have to eat less tomorrow to balance today. or something
