erm no. i want to look lean and be a natty king always. for example i got stuck at 50kgs bench press (dumbells 25x2 4 sets 15 reps) for the last year cuz i am a lazy nigger and i keep messing up my diet. also i hate protein so i only eat chicken breasts.this is the goal though
