Keyed /w/ - Workout General Thread

Figured out why my bench was so weak and made it hurt my shoulders.
Turns out I was fucking up the form all along.
Now I will be able to develop a propper bench 1RM (couldn't go hard due to afforementioned shoulder clicking and pain)

do you do touch and go or paused reps?
 
paused why
just wondering but also i like paused better because it helps me keep my form in check, also controlling the negative and exploding on the way up is good too.
 
does anybody else just love overhead extensions
