I don't get this overfocus on animals. We live in an age where humans suffer the most and as such I will naturally direct my energy towards making things better for humans and not animals. If things were fine for humans then I'd indeed turn my attention towards animals, but right now there are far more important matters. The street dogs in Turkey have killed many children and attacked even more. Animal welfare is also rather hypocritical for someone who supports eugenics since you're applying your ideas of getting rid of "muh unfit" to humans but for some reason refuse to apply them to animals, saying we should give them their basic needs no matter what but we shouldn't do that for humans because? Mercy suddenly enters your mind when you're looking at something that's not your fellow human?
