I love cooking, I love meat, and american BBQ is something we don't really have in france, and it's delicious.it seems like you're really flexible in your options moving foward, thats a great thing to have. How come the BBQ restaurant in particular?
I could see myself becoming a pit master geg, albeit maybe in the long run with the new european regulations on meat et cetera it doesn't have a long life span
