What did you just search to find that image?
Isn't the answer obvious

Nusois nowadays trying to make a thread out of everything
I searched ribbon/autism awareness/ awareness ribbon, but the question is why? Why are these particular ribbons used to represent such stuff? And what are they called?

Black and orange one is a Russian honor thing, dates back to the empire, think of it like a iron cross like the Germans have
The other one if for autisim and usually other ribbons represent non-visible diseases like AIDS and autisim and such

The first one is ribbon of Saint George. Its a soviet/russian symbol of war honor. It was used as a symbol of soviet victory in WW2 (aka the great patriotic war) and also veterans. Today its like 99% of the time associated with war in Ukraine or however are slavs killing each other o algo.
