I knew someone else like that and I thought it was weird. I get thinking they're gross, but this dude acted like they were black widows or scorpions.

That's not irrational at all, being near a pitbull is actually a hazard to your life with how violent they are. Sometimes I see videos and they just maul children, elderly, or small animals for no reason.

On a side i also hate centipedes, despite them having over 40 legs they are as terrible as limbless shitstains (although this one is not irrational at all) Geniunely i would rather be near a huge australian spider than a singular centipedo

Aren't they bred to be fighting dogs?
A lot of them are naturally aggressive and I've heard many stories of them mauling children.
I've been around pitbulls and comparing them to literally any other dog breed is a night and day difference.

i was afraid of spring shaped lightbulbs when i was 7 for about 1 month because of a stupid nightmare i had at the time

Early AI generated images, like with messed up fingers. I would see nightmares of "AI generated gore" and cry shaking shitting pissing every night
Now AI is advanced enough to not be too scary
