Keyed /w/ - Workout General Thread

OHP, and I do it for quantity. I do it 24 times divided by three in between workouts.
i do like 40-45 for OHP I haven't done OHP in quite a bit though
my PR a while ago for barbell OHP was 125lbs but i stopped doing PRs entirely
 
New max just dropped, 365 lbs., or maybe I hit only one of those like a year ago, and I struggled a lot, I don't remember. This time I was able to do it with ease and did three reps total.
Thoughts? It was a deadlift btw.

i used to be able to do 90° holds, but now i can't anymore and it makes me sad.
 
if you are over 18 and post workout photos of yourself on here i am the only person you should be wary of and i am saying this with full truths
