He said, "What is this cushion?" I said, "It is for you to sit on and recline on." He said, "The makers of these pictures will be punished on the Day of Resurrection and it will be said to them, 'Make alive what you have created.' Moreover, the angels do not enter a house where there are pictures.'"

Sure, Sahih al-Bukhari mentions a punishment for picture makers, but don't delude yourself into thinking that wide range of scholars from Malikis to Salafis to Hanbalis like Ibn Hamdan haven't long argued that the hadith is prohibiting only a full statue casting a shadow, not any image. It is the circumstance and intention that matters, as long as the art does not stray into being idolatrous, is not immoral, or obsessive, it can be okay. Also, I never said, "it's no proof because I said so", I said that I refuted what you have used as evidence so you have no proof now kek.
