Even though Sonichu is half part sonic and half part pikachu, and there are more pokemon in the sonichu comics than sonic characters, Sonichu is always way more closely tied to sonic than pokemon. It's odd, I wonder if things would be different if cwc decided to call it Pikanic instead.

The Chao garden is peak 3D Sonic gameplay, that shit is why I even bothered playing SA2 despite hating the first one.

Not in a long time, the wisps have mostly replaced them unfortunately. I wish for them to make a return though, because the chao garden races are like a more in depth version of that duck life browser game.

If anything the future Sonic projects are telling me it's that Wisps are out and Chao are back in, we'll probably get another Chao Garden within a few years and I'm pretty sure there's a Chao mobile game for Netflix in the works anyway

They’re still in the odd side-game but usually just as simple cosmetics.
The last proper Chao Garden was in either Sonic Advance or in a Sega Cáfe Jap-Exclusive mobile game, I forget which one is newer.

Honestly the only Song I liked from Forces was vidrel.

The rest of OST I just "put up with" I suppose, it's inoffensive and average at best.

I looked through the Generations section and I’m already kind of annoyed that the Classic Sonic Improvement Mod was placed as an “essential” mod. The mod has nothing to do with improving the stability, performance, or restoring anything broken from the vanilla port, it’s a mod that changes how one of the two characters play, and I don’t feel that’s necessary at all, I feel like Classic Sonic works just fine with the way the Classic Sonic levels are designed.

On another note, I’m really excited for this mod to drop. Once this release, Sonic Generations will have a remaster so great that it’ll outdo the version that comes with Shadow Generations.
