I see that there's been a controversy in this thread while I was at school. I'll go ahead and set this compromise out now, so that this squabble does not continue.
Yes, Jimbo does use this "Niko" character as his profile picture, and so, perhaps I should have guessed that sooner-or-later, like someone once jokingly did with Swede's face, someone looking to insult Jimbo would overlay sexual symbols onto this character in jest, to make fun of Jimbo or otherwise irk him. However, this character, as Jimbo has correctly identified, is also said to be eight years old.
Therefore, no matter which way these pictures were meant, to rather portray Jimbo or this character in a humiliating sexual manner, there is still the act by itself, of sexualizing what is pictured, which happens to be this eight-year-old cat character thing. So, since I know by my own personal judgement that no one who made these pictures intended them to be explicitly pedophilic in their nature, but far-more-likely that they just wanted to get a rise out of Jimbo, I will not be banning anyone who posted these pictures, but, from now on, please, do not put "fetish spades" or whatever-the-heck-else on images of this "Niko" character or any other fictional child character. Following this warning, this will be considered a violation of the site's second rule.
As an additional act of compromise, you have full permission to instead edit these symbols onto characters named "Niko" who are of-age, if you would still like to try and mess with Jimbo. These characters include: Niko Bellic from the fourth Grand Theft Auto game, and Nikolai from the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare series. Adding to this, you are still allowed to post as many of those moving pictures as you want of this cat character being flayed, beaten, and so on.
