From the past few weeks of my encounters with a woman I like, it seems like the "how" is simply talking to a woman and seeing if something sparks between the interests of either person. Simplest explanation there is, it starts with talking to one. Once you know her well enough, then you ask her if she'd like to spend time with you some place, and I estimate eventually it'll build up into relations of love if either feel that way.
