I had the same happen when i was 10, i passed out while sitting on a fence, fell backwards onto a parking lot, and woke up with “half my face scratched off”, its a miracle i dont have any scars from it

Since everyone is talking about scars and CTE, I was rollerblading when I was around 10 and going up a hill, I slipped and fell head back onto a solid concrete driveway, I passed out and some guy had to wake me up

and another time I slipped and fell face first into a curb, I still have a scar on my chin

And another time I was mountain biking and hit my nuts pretty bad, I got testicular torsion and had to get a surgery
