I've been rewatching it over the past year and it holds up well. Even the Buu saga is very good once you get past the boring stuff like Saiyaman and Babidi's ship

Ridiculous power scaling going from 10k being the highest power level to the millions
Goku is a stupid retard that does the most convenient and least convenient shit ever to sloppily create artificial drama in the story
Frieza's fight is stupid because of how his transformations work
