Wtf your chickens are living better than mine. My coop is pretty much just a shed. How many do you have? I have 7. I also am growing tomato, peas, carrot, cucumbers and lots of hot peppers including ghost and carolina reaper (because mi gusta season mi food o algo). I live too far up north to grow watermelons.

Turns out he was on his way over with his gf, and I think "okay, his gf doesn't like that, whatever"

Spent a lot of time outside yesterday. Cleaned up some stuff, scooped one of my chicken coops, cut some shit down in the garden from last year.
I also set up some cheap re-sale composter I picked up, which made me realize I'm well overdo for a proper compost pile. I'll drag some pallets out back this week, I've got a perfect spot picked out where my chickens should be able to get into it and help out.
Gonna use the little one for kitchen scraps and stuff, and keep the pile for yard waste and chicken bedding.

Today, I had lunch with my older brother and my nephews, which was nice. I came home and sat out with my chickens. I'd have done more, but I barely slept last night and I was just exhausted.

Tomorrow:
If my buddy comes by with straw, I'll clean the other coop
I'll set up some toys for my younger birds
I've got some fencing in my chicken run that doesn't do anything anymore, so I'll remove that
Maybe run to the store and buy some hardware wire for my compost pile
Bring the pallets where I need them
Maybe drag some branches over to the future compost site and break them down

Got everything done that I wanted to yesterday, plus I ended up "building" the compost pile since that was easy. It's about 1/3rd full already just from chicken bedding, so I'll probably expand it.
Today I'm moving some gravel to flatten out a spot for the new pool I got for the ducks. It's a lot bigger than what they've been stuck with, so I'm excited to see them enjoy it

So, I learned i was going to a concert on Tuesday (my dad just invites me to stuff without telling me since i always go anyways).
I didn't even know who we were going to see until we were on our way.
Turns out, we got VIP tickets to see Butcher Babies and Attila (even my dad didn't realize that)
I got a guitar pick from Attila, but I was drunk when I got home so I can't find my wallet at the moment
