Go to Types for a quick list of them. By "severe and untreated" I mean that it will affect them profoundly and they will show it in your relationship. Also don't try to cheat the question by saying "I'd just break up with them and find someone else" ::selfish::

For me if I had to pick one I'd go with histrionic because they tend to be very vivacious and drag me into stuff which might be grating but is a change of pace from my boring life. I can make a full analysis of the rest of them if asked but I don't wanna make a long SNCA failthread

I had really severe OCD when I was around 10-13 and it was genuinely hell. It’s not so bad anymore but it was really miserable when it was severe.
if you don't mind me asking, what was it like?

Dependent personality disorder is strategic but also the jartycuck/rapeson option.

It was mostly focused on contamination. I would wash my hands over and over until they started bleeding, I wouldn’t touch anyone, including my family members, and I wouldn’t touch anything anyone else had just touched. I wouldn’t touch the floor or touch anything that was just on the floor either. I would spray myself with disinfectant when I didn’t have access to soap. It was not a very good time in my life.

i did too, at one point i had to wear gloves all the time (partially so i didnt have to touch greasy food, but mostly because my knuckles would bleed from hand washing). i remember crying sometimes because i didnt want to do my stupid rituals but i felt like i was forced to, its rough
hand washing was in a very specific cycle too, 1-2-3-4-5 with my nails, fingers, and palms. if i messed up i had to start the process over again

Probably schizoid, but they’d probably not wanna be around me, which I’m fine with as I can relate to that.

Dependent personality disorder,
I can definitely get used to that it really isn't that hard to fully take care of someone, could be a good bonding experience too.

no one wants you
...I do
