Serious I need a 3D swede model for my video game

Can anyone with 3D modeling knowledge and expertise help turn this impjak into an actual accurate 3D model? as preferably rigged too.
I'm trying to develop a vidya game but I need a model of this guy, he would fit well as a Mario replacement. I'm too busy with the game to learn 3D modeling.
