Nah. There was a guy who's account got hijacked in October of 2017 and made a thread where he posted explicit material in it, other users freaked the fuck out and Roblox being Roblox didn't actually do shit, and only deleted the thread after being up for over 10 minutes.
After that point the forum merge happened either in November-December and then the forums closed in like December of 2017.

You're actually right about this. If it isn't just AI moderation which is just as bad as the real deal, they will outsource to India quite frequently. I remember one guy bought some 'jeet administrator's account for like 100-300 bucks just so he could see the account's admin panel, though I think he wanted something from Roblox after doing this and threw a fit when he didn't get it.
