i've never held a gun before but in about 1 year, 4 months, and 21 days i'll buy my first gun. i gotta get a safe for it though because keeping that in my parents house with my autistic brother around is not a good idea
i'll probably save up some money for a regular handgun and maybe a rifle for long-range sport shooting but since i live in a really blue state i gotta do a fuck ton of paperwork to get my hands on either of those.

I got send to a military academy once for a trip and i got to shoot with an AKM, (however since i slept halfway through when they general was explaining how to shoot a gun he had to properly explain to me furthermore for 5 more minutes before i would start shooting)
General also added a comment that "if someone takes 5 days to learn, it would take me 10 days to learn."
Kinda hurts but it's my fault for sleeping after all.
