They're a very popular sweet here, They're called 'Guimauve au chocolat'. But it originated either from Algeria or Syria, Where they're called 'Ras Al Abd' Nigger head basically and or Slave head.

Tfw ate some slop chocolate coconut flavored bar with palm oil seed (it kills orangutans )
