Have you ever wanted to write a book? Do you plan on writing a book? What genre? FictionTroon or nonfictionGOD? Would you ever make it public, or would it be something you kept hidden away for yourself and friends?

I make this thread because I'm starting to write a SNCA book for fun. I'm three chapters into my very rough draft.

Okay I was gonna upload them to pdfhost.io before realizing I could just upload them directly geg
What’s the point of writing a self-insert fantasy story and the extent to the fantasy is that you are a tranny? You can create a whole ass world, cracker. Use your imagination.
It's not really a self-insert fantasy story. The main character never even poons out, it's more like, a fictionalized version of my psyche. But I didn't get very far geg, here's what I had so far.

About fantasy, would it be worth writing something imagining a mix of real life and chess?

Clearly there would be a few differences. I'd restore a few of the Persian meanings for the pieces for clarity reasons, like the Vizier/Counsellor rather than the "Queen" or Chariot/Boat/Fortress rather than "Rook." I'd keep knights/cavaliers and bishops though because those make more sense than "horse" and "elephant" like in their original names. Kingdom populations would be much greater overall too, with each piece getting replaced by a regional legion led by certain classes of forces.

This would definitely be adaptable into some troonslop, moreso than the other book idea I had, as I've mentioned in response to a user on my profile. I'm not a fan of troonslop, although I enjoy the concept of my own franchise gaining a bit of a cult following, something seemingly impossible to achieve nowadays without appealing to the types of people that watch animated slop online.

Seems about right

I think even shitty ideas and generic ideas can be used to make good stories if you have a story worth telling with them. The idea of mixing chess with real life sounds like it could be interesting depending on what you mean. Don't bother trying to explain it to me now, because it sounds like the type of plot you'd need to convey through the actual story itself for me to grasp it.

Yes, I wanted to write some historical fiction, but i don't know how to write or something, i don't even know how to write dialogues correctly, I'm trying to learn about writting but it seems not easier than i thought it would be.

I would write you a long and in depth answer, covering each question in detail and sharing my passion and interest in writing with you, and I actually did. But I just erased all of it because I don't think it's a good enough reply to be worth reading. This is why I probably would never actually write a book, even if I want to.

Perfectionism is the bane of a lot of artists. Even Tolkien had his glaring flaws, so don't kill yourself over your flaws. I get past this by just treating everything I write as a rough draft and tell myself I'll go back and fix it later.

I already did. I have two published.

Sure I guess but only if I have spare time

Maybe If i have anything actually interesting to write about, either way i would have difficulty because whenever I write essays for example its like ramblings into nothingness and i cant conclude my thought in any way

Because you ::selfish::s wont participate in this non-drama thread on you own, I'll start. Also, I know at least a 4th of you schizos are trying to write or want to write a book.
>Have you ever wanted to write a book?
Yes
>Do you plan on writing a book?
Currently am
>What genre?
Fantasy/scifi
>FictionTroon or nonfictionGOD?
Fictiontroon because I'm a hack
>Would you ever make it public, or would it be something you kept hidden away for yourself and friends?
Public so I can publish it and make tons of money since I'm actually a super duper good writer and not an ESL retard like my posting would suggest, for real, I'm actually really good, I swear.
Same answers as you except I'm not currently writing, still trying to figure out on a big scale the important stuff
