Correct but most people his age have Atleast one social media due to school and friend pressure and it being taboo not to have one
1. From an IP you can get the local immidilate area where the poster lives
2.Compare the face to other social media accounts in said area

I assume the AI isn’t trained on pictures of children for federal reasons. He also has a very generic face, there’s no way he’d be put into any of these databases unless he actively uploads his faces onto platforms such as instagram. I doubt it’d work.
I assume DOLL will try doing something, doing this publicly may backfire.
