Can you even find someone’s parent’s contact information from just an IP

If someone researches that IP in databreaches to see what that accounts that IP are connected to, then maybe. There’s also a tiny possibility that someone is able to contact the ISP and larp as a glownigger or someone else to get more info. Both of those are very hard and illegal to do, doebeit.
Also a chance that NAMBLA immigrant uses a dynamic IP in which he could just reset his IP to get his IP changed.

Oh hey this reminds me of when I said that the 16+ rule was stupid because younger people will just lie and say they are older than they are

Which will lead to actual 16+ users thinking someone is older than they are, which is bad
