Noted, i also did 20 hanging knee lifts today for my core, my dad has a pull up bar at home.Show me the pump next time.
If you can do 40 reps id recommend increasing the weight. You want to be able to do about 10-15 max for the first couple sets and then decrease the reps. Failure should be from 10-15.
