Soy Have you ever actually had any Soylent products?

I was thinking about ironically trying it out but it costs $3.00 per bottle for the normal stuff at the lowest. Keep in mind this brand promotes itself as being a cheap nutritious drink but it is actually pretty expensive because Californians are out of touch subhumans.

I am active in sports and somehow I have a fucking 28 BMI. Like I'm not even fat.

It is around 15-20% for me.

Yeah, I should have written more on people who work out. If you work out then you get a larger range that's considered healthy. A lot of bodybuilders/athletes are considered healthy with a BMI of up to 30 or even 35, since a lot of it is muscle, and some of it is fat that they will be losing when they're no longer bulking. On the other side of things, someone can have a BMI of 19, look small, and still be unhealthy because all of that weight is fat. Really, the best thing to do is to meet with a trainer or dietician if you're unsure.

I based my bodyfat section on this chart, but it varies based on a few factors, and 15%-20% as a low and high is definitely a good range for someone who's very active.

It's good for workouts thoughevertheless, real food doesn't sit well in my stomach immediately after workouts when it's best to consoooom protein.

I have tried one of those chocolate Soymilk that are exported from Thailand called 'Vamino', it wasnt great. Price for it as well 5 dollars for 330MLs of liquid. Definitely not worth it aside for its side effects.

There's no Soylent in Slavistan but I think there's alternatives like "Mana" or however the fuck that shit's called but it's also larping as this "full meal in a bottle" so I guess it's the same thing even doe I've never had one.
