Lucid Dreaming

Once a day or so, take a nap (This mustn't be when you're getting your regular eight or so hours of sleep, this is important) and eat a bit of food before you do it (This boosts brain activity during REM). Be sure to always write down your dreams afterward, as that usually helps too. I've found that vivid dreams are far easier to gain lucidity in.

Reality checks are also a good thing to look into.

Do you think I could meet Kars in my dreams if I did this and if so how realistic would it be?

Try thinking about Kars all day and then do this, it'll probably have an effect. The realism varies.
 
I did this shit when I was younger, but it makes dreaming very fucking boring.
You will not have any desire to control your dream, because whats the point? I had dream-existential crises every time. It made me stop dreaming for years, and I'm not sure I would've gotten them back.

So here is the recollection of the fucked up dreams i had once DXM+DPH this summer
In the dream world i acted very high infront of my parents causing them to realise im no longer sober.
When i woke up i saw my kitten sleeping next to me and i was under the impression i had accidently killed him by crushing him to death in my sleep.
Thankfully my little buddy was just sleeping.
I then fell back asleep
I think it was nigthmareish but i dont have much memories of what happened but it was fake lives that felt real.
When i woke up one final time i robowalked to the inflatable hottub and since i expected my parents to know i was high as shit so i did not try to mask that fact to them.
My mom asked if i was drunk and then i realised damn she thinks im sober that life did not happen.
In the end i dont know if she knows wether or not i was high.

Try maladaptive daydreaming and thinking about what dreams you had. Lucid daydream enough and you can lucid nightdream too.
 
I pretty much forgot about this entire thing. I've been writing my dreams down for about a month now. For the past week, my dreams have pretty much been slop. Nothing really happens in them and they feel like white noise. (Before, they were normal)
For some reason, I finally had one of the lucid dreams. I didn't use any method/technique. The dream was nigger aids though since it only lasted 30 seconds. It started because I looked at my hand in the dream for some reason. Everything looked like it was filmed on a cheap ass Chinese camera from 2007, and I woke up from it because of some stupid ass amber alert.

I’ll try all of the methods but I keep getting woken up by the stupidest shit. I probably got 5 hours of sleep because of all of this noise. I also feel really crusty and itchy whenever I try to go to sleep.
 
after a few weeks of procrastinating (and getting infected with the bubonic plague) I tried out SSILD for a couple days. I had another lucid dream where I was at a desk with a laptop on it, and when I opened the laptop this video started playing but some nigger drove past my window playing xis niggerbeats and I woke up.

this is the best approximation I have of the video
 
HOLY SHIT I just remembered I had a dream where I was raiding some foodist forum with you guys (not gayniggerfaggotfarms but some other site like it) and I remember talking shit about them and getting banned and being really worried that they had my IP address and were gonna try to mess with me using it (gayniggerfaggotfarms is known to do this)
The site even used officer slappy or whatever his name is

I had a dream where I replied to a post made by the user "SUPERNIGGA". Absolutely insane.
