I would start lucid dreaming, but i worry i'll do something stupid in it that i'll regret so no.

Does anyone know how to slow your heart rate when you're trying to sleep? I had the stomach flu a few weeks ago and that was one of the symptoms.
It makes it really hard to concentrate on what I need to do to lucid dream.
 
all my dreams have those shitty emoji colored maps of Europe and USA from tiktok/instagram reels. Please help.
