That's the thing, it's not an issue. They aren't a "plague" on society. I'm tired of them being used as a boogeyman by the right. Haters like to generalize a lot about them in the same way the gay panic did about homosexuals. It's beyond obsessed, and unhinged. If someone wants to change their body or present a certain way, that's their choice and not the business of anyone else. If a chud refuses to accept that sex and gender are different things, and wants to continue being hateful, you probably can't change their minds. Most of them will grow out of that mindset when they realize living in hate is a waste of your life. Would (You) want someone telling you how to live? Nah. So I try to preach for kindness and acceptance, as corny and cliche as it sounds. Live and let live.

I hate it when I'm expected to fucking see a tranny as whatever they're pretending to be when they don't even bother trying to look like the opposite gender at the very least. I feel bad for them, by which I mean the 0.1% of them that have an actual pathological issues and they genuinely think that they were born as the wrong gender. I think it's a good cause to try and figure out how to help them be content with their lot in the life.
