I remember a couple years back I flight I took on American Airlines ended up getting cancelled so I ended up being stuck in Charlotte Airport for like ten hours or so. At least I could spend time in one of the lounges but it was still a miserable experience and when I arrived at my destination it was so late I had to pay an additional 400 bucks just to get an Uber home (American Airlines only ended up compensating me for half of that)
