Evolution has been observed in real time. Some of it has even been engineered by humans! Such as dog breeds or plants like corn (which are based on grains that would be unrecognisable to the modern plant). There is nothing to suggest humans are somehow above evolution.

This "data" is used to make the other graphs above it, but it isnt real data, it's processed, filtered.
The actual data would be a giant database of every single value used to arrive at that median and standard deviation, which isnt provided.
