The subject doesn't matter, just skip to page 30, where option median price and standard deviation are laid out.
This "data" is used to make the other graphs above it, but it isnt real data, it's processed, filtered.
The actual data would be a giant database of every single value used to arrive at that median and standard deviation, which isnt provided.

It isnt a particularly bad study, in fact on page 42 they detail where and when they retrieved their data so you are able to check for yourself
Its not a bad thing either, only when the data is completely inaccessible. I would prefer if the dataset got published alongside the study.
They have it anyway so it wouldnt even be that difficult.

Scientists don't make careers based on proving evolution. They make careers based on conducting studies that prove/disprove certain aspects of it. In fact, hundreds of years ago evolution would actually ruin your career if you brought it up. Darwin wasn't the first to come up with the theory.
