Weather flipflops between heavenly and absolute shit every few months. It is ALWAYS 5° with rain on Christmas, no exceptions.

The people are generally pleasant, but you can recognize that they're godless and left-leaning. They hold no real love for this country, in fact it sometimes feels like they hate this country. Our most right-wing party (AFD) is basically classicaly conservative. Everyone treats them as nazis anyways lol. The CDU (Christian Democratic Union), which is the next most right leaning party, basically stole all of their policies from the social democrats under Merkel to secure votes, so they're honestly centre-left.

Lots of foreigners in the cities, it is very unpleasant. Smaller cities and rural towns are still mostly German, so I prefer them

We try to style ourselves as the leaders of Europe, but our country is basically a vassal state of the US. If Washington tells us something, we do it. And if we don't, then our Chancellor gets deposed geg (look up Gerhard Schröder). We have no real sovereignty.

I get the feeling sometimes that my country died in the 2nd World War and that what now exists is only its rotting, decaying and twitching corpse. I sometimes feel that Germany should've been completely destroyed at the end of the 2nd world war, just so that we could've been remembered with some honour. Now I feel we will be remembered as a joke and as a nation of degenerates.

I despise what this nation has become, and this nation despises me for the beliefs I hold, but I still love this nation and its people regardless. The Food, the holidays, the virtues of discipline, loyalty and fairness, the faith we once held, our history and our past glory. They're all so beautiful, I can't bring myself to give up on it, even though this country tries very hard to make me do so.
 
I was in a german airport for 3 hours, got a free sparkly hat with the colors of the german flag cant find it anymore doe.
