• Happy pride month, xisters of the schlog!

Very serious are RPGs the biggest pieces of dogshit ever?

This tag connotates the discussion as something much more serious than a regular Serious tag.

Okay, wheres the proof that reading is for cucks?
  • Too Much Information: Reading exposes you to so many facts, ideas, and perspectives that your brain might explode from overload. Who needs all that knowledge anyway? Ignorance is bliss, right?
  • It Takes Time: Instead of reading a book for hours, you could be spending that time doing something way more efficient, like scrolling through social media or watching short TikToks. Shorter content is definitely the way to go!
  • It Ruins Imagination: Why use your imagination when a book can paint a picture for you? It's much easier to let someone else create the world for you than to imagine it yourself.
  • Books Are Heavy: Carrying around a book is so 20th century! Paper is heavy and inconvenient. It’s much easier to just carry a smartphone and scroll.
  • You Could Be Doing Something More Active: Reading requires sitting still—an activity that promotes laziness. Instead, you could be getting active and doing something “productive,” like checking your notifications for the 100th time.
  • It Makes You Question Things: Reading often challenges your ideas and beliefs, forcing you to think critically. Who needs all that extra thinking when you could just keep going with whatever feels comfortable?
  • It’s Too Quiet: Books don't make any noise, unlike a movie or a podcast. You’re stuck with your thoughts and can’t multitask or be entertained by sounds while reading.
