It's easy. Autists are deprived of socialization and human connection, so first of all, make a female character, then give them really big eyes, fluffy or frizzy hair, make them commonly express their emotions using things like love hearts or emojis or flowers around their face so that all autists can correctly identify what's happening in a given image (black scribbles and sad face equals sadness or confusion etc) then attach animalistic parts or anthropomorphic parts of some kind to the character. This is because autists don't really like other humans but they attach really well with animals or inanimate objects, so creating SISAs would basically just be:

Cute short girl with curves maybe, big eyes, love heart eyes and hey make her an anthropomorphic pencil or a television robot or a catgirl o algo. Autists eat that shit up because only people like us can enjoy that shit. I'm tired though, it's 5 am so I have no idea if my scientific analysis is correct or not, but I feel like I genuinely have something going for some of that explanation, autists have trouble with connecting with humans, so the goal is to make humans more READABLE and more honest, more kind, easier to look at.

Real women are not like that at all, they're mysterious, you can never tell what they're thinking, but these SISAs wear their thoughts on their face practically. Anthropomorphization also has a lot to do with it, like a robot or an anthropomorphic bee or some shit, I don't know why but it always does and the only reason I can think of is that autists like to pull from what they know best, a pet loves you unconditionally, so only if women acted like dogs or cats o algo.

Unfortunately the only woman who will ever love you unconditionally in your life is your mother, but that didn't stop Chris Chan, I suppose.

I think dehumanizing their looks and making these cutesy characters act less realistic and subtle are the key ingredients here, it explains furries.
Fursonas like Averi are not strange and expecting of you, Averi is sneaky, sly, expressive, has an obvious love for chicken burgers and would most likely be very approaching of other people, and she's a cartoon animal, meaning that while normal people would just pass it off, autists would adore the quirkiness of an animal acting like a human.
Basically, the formula for these characters is:
-Try not to make a normal human woman, get creative and do something weird like an anthro tiger or a suited woman with a security camera for a head.
-Try not to make them act like a human woman aswell, they should express unconditional love, be very expressive so they are easy to read and overall present a very approachable and wholesome attitude, akin to someone's pet dog.
The two points listed above follow a common theme: Dehumanization.
