It's easy. Autists are deprived of socialization and human connection, so first of all, make a female character, then give them really big eyes, fluffy or frizzy hair, make them commonly express their emotions using things like love hearts or emojis or flowers around their face so that all autists can correctly identify what's happening in a given image (black scribbles and sad face equals sadness or confusion etc) then attach animalistic parts or anthropomorphic parts of some kind to the character. This is because autists don't really like other humans but they attach really well with animals or inanimate objects, so creating SISAs would basically just be:

Cute short girl with curves maybe, big eyes, love heart eyes and hey make her an anthropomorphic pencil or a television robot or a catgirl o algo. Autists eat that shit up because only people like us can enjoy that shit. I'm tired though, it's 5 am so I have no idea if my scientific analysis is correct or not, but I feel like I genuinely have something going for some of that explanation, autists have trouble with connecting with humans, so the goal is to make humans more READABLE and more honest, more kind, easier to look at.

Real women are not like that at all, they're mysterious, you can never tell what they're thinking, but these SISAs wear their thoughts on their face practically. Anthropomorphization also has a lot to do with it, like a robot or an anthropomorphic bee or some shit, I don't know why but it always does and the only reason I can think of is that autists like to pull from what they know best, a pet loves you unconditionally, so only if women acted like dogs or cats o algo.

Unfortunately the only woman who will ever love you unconditionally in your life is your mother, but that didn't stop Chris Chan, I suppose.
