Autism Sonic the Hedgehog

I got it as a neat little display piece to go alongside my only other piece of Sonic merch and it's cheap enough yet still quality enough to serve that purpose.
Also, I really like the Sonic Movies and Tails as a character so there's that I suppose.
Would it be rude of me to ask why you're so obsessed with Sonic?

I really do not know the precise reason, genuinely, but I think it's a collection of things that's kept me glued to the franchise.
It's hard to compile all the reasons here as there's a lot more but here's some from the top of my head;

I grew up watching the shows and playing the classic games, but I was also interested with tinkering with computers as a kid which led to my playing a wide range of fan-games, which also led to me creating my own Rom hacks and fan-games.
There's something in the Sonic franchise for everyone, from gritty and dark to sweet and light-hearted, and that fact stayed prevalent as I grew up and my taste in content changed, if I wanted something gritty for example I could read Archie, watch SatAM and read some fan-fiction ("Where was my Hero?" for example).
The Sonic franchise is infinite; everywhere you turn, there's another large and deep rabbit-hole of information or another plethroa of fan-content surrounding that iteration of Sonic, and I used to enjoy learning as a child and still do now and that went hand-in-hand with that aforementioned fact.
Everything I get into I like to learn about it first and there's a lot and I mean a lot of Sonic content out there to learn about and I suppose that's what attracted me to the franchise a lot as a kid, if I ever got bored I could sink my teeth into another batch of Sonic flavoured SNCA and by God did I enjoy it.
The characters themselves are also a significant reason, there's something enticing about the franchise to both new and old fans, and a lot of that is due to the character designs and personalities alone; everyone has particular favorites, some for design alone, and others for the characters' parallels to themselves, I suppose.
The characters work so well together as their interactions are limitless while still working, and as a result I used to spend so much time (and still do to an extent) imagining every scenario and iteraction between the characters and shows that my brain could muster.
Tails vs Shadow? Sure why not. What if AoSTH Sonic was in Sonic Colors? Sure, go ahead. It's truely endless.
I don't know how to phrase this exactly, but it's a combination of all of the other points because it serves as a base for it.
The franchise is like putty in that you may shape and imagine it as whatever you like, whenever you like.
That is precisely why there are so many fan projects, fan animations, fan stories, and fan-merchandise created by children, adults, and teenagers like myself.
I could ramble on about the music, the games and "muh shonen potential" but I'd be here all week.

I really apologize for the clutteriness of this post as some parts are really hard to follow but I actually got stumped trying to compile it neatly as there's too much to list.
On-top of this, I'm still groggy as I only woke up half an hour ago.

I'm so sorry but I frustratingly don't know the words for what I want to say about this. Thank you for giving me your thoughts.

I am done with all my assignments for the week and now I can FINALLY start playing Shadow Generations
Game is pretty good so far, I don't fuck with the retarded nu-Sonic control scheme from Frontiers (There is a reason that before Frontiers that the only game that had that retarded A-X homing attack was Unleashed) and I think Shadow is a bit too loose when boosting but the first act was a lot of fun. Second act was 2D and kind of boring, but at least it had some length to it.
Cinematics are excellent. This game has the best character animations for cutscenes hands down, it feels so fluid but not overly cartoony at the same time.
I'll probably continue playing this game on the Xbox thoughever, the Switch port runs on Ryujinx for me, but there's Colors Ultimate-tier seizure effects in the background that make the game hard to play

Just finished Rail Canyon. Didn't like the first act as much as Space Colony Ark Act I but I enjoyed some of the interesting paths you could take using Chaos Control like being able to slow down one of the trains so you can jump on it and skip a large portion of the level. Act II is really fucking boring thoughever, it's once again all 2D (which I think will be the case with every level in the game unfortunately) yet it lacks the cool gimmick of being able to fly around with the Doom Wings.

After that I was able to unlock the Doom Blast, which is a pain in the ass to use, I don't get why I need a three button combo just to use it, I feel like just holding the A button and then pressing A or B would be more efficient and then the challenge acts opened up. All of them look boring as hell thoughever.

I did get to see Orbot and Cubot, which was a pleasant surprise. They had trouble building some rocket of sorts, and now I had a reason to give them all those weird nuts and bolts I've been collecting. All in all, I've been enjoying myself so far, but I'm irritated with how the Act 2's of this game are ending up. They feel less like Classic Sonic's levels from Generations, which truly felt like they were integral to game and more like those filler 2D acts from Sonic Colors. Even adding a simple 3D part to each of these Act 2's would make them far more interesting and less monotonous.
