Yoko Ono's father was a known member of the 公安調査庁 (Japanese equivalent of the CIA) and she moved to (((New York))) at a young age. The drug influences in the Beatles' music from 1966 onward were obvious, but there were less-known occult references, such as Aleister Crowley's face in the cover of their 8th album (John's idea):
