Really, I was too pent up over this stupid "pedophilic joke tolerance" thing that we began a few weeks ago to actually think clearly about an appropriate decision. I will ban him. I was unsure of how harsh I should be now that we have that rule, but I think a good solution is to just continue being harsh by my own judgement until I get stopped.
