Honestly I would. They look like they'd have a good texture. Mealworms and grasshoppers interest me in particular because they taste savory, with mealworms having a nutty aftertaste apparently. However most websites I looked into seem to sell them live which is too far for me. I don't know how my mom would react though, I might ask her when she gets home.

I would try them once just to see what they're like. Can't imagine living off bugs alone doe.
They're not pushing bugs as a diet anymore anyways. Bill Gates and a couple other billionaires larped it up as a meat alternative but then it turned out to be more expensive than expected so they dropped it.
