that's a G18, which has an auto sear installed from the factory (and a fire selector switch integrated in the slide)

technically civilians can own machine guns & auto sears in most US states, but only those made before 1986 (which was when the hughes amendment got passed). there are also exceptions for class 3 firearms dealers ("samples") that dont have to meet the pre-1986 requirement. however there's a fuckton of paperwork/background checks involved iirc and even shitty old mac-10s go for $20,000+
