Autism Why does my mother do this

I'm the eldest son in the hiearchy and I have 5 younger brothers who still haven't reached 13 years old. Notably, 4 of them are under 8.
Instead of providing them with good interactable media and fun activities, she puts on these brain-rotting cartoons for every single one of them to watch (you know the kind)
This has led to their development being extremely stunted, only one of them can actually speak Portuguese and write well, the rest are retarded for their age, mumbling in incoherent speeches I cannot decipher.
What should I do about this? I'm upset but my mother will not listen to me. I just wish the best for my brothers is all. If it helps, they're white.

I don't know if my following advice will work, but try providing them yourself with the interactable media and fun activities and such, put parental controls on whatever devices they use to stop them from watching whatever slop they watch now, and convince them to watch some pirated higher-quality (in terms of production and the content itself) movies that are suitable for them (preferably dubbed in Portugese, of course)

With a little coercing you should be able to make them give up their passwords
Or just look over the shoulder for the code as most apps don't even take passwords anymore after the unlock screen it's ALL open

Oh yeah they do, but it's one of those shitty schools where they teach in the most half-assed way possible. I've seen no progression from them in almost a year. That's concerning, extremely concerning, their brains should be growing bigger every day, but they're just stuck like this. It's worrying me because I'm the one expected to sustain them, and I don't have patience for idiots.

It's funny, if you made this statement 17 years ago people would laugh you off as being silly because a child would have no reason to call anybody other than their parents, their friend's parents' house, or 911. Also, instead of having their own personal phone they would've just used the landline phone in the house because it's cost effective and again, a child doesn't need a phone.
