I never really understood Linux. Either your doing something where you really do need every piece of power your computer has or your hiding something. I don’t see any other reason for it.

Terminally online redditors want to be le different so they transition to Linux just like how they transition to being a transwoman

Linux is good if you're hiding something, using an extremely old laptop, or have some very specific purpose for it. In my case, I use Linux because I refuse to use a newer laptop as my daily driver and also I am a sperg about terminals, so I use those often in order to save 1 millisecond.
